Description
Set inside a villa of Italian inspiration, Aquatonic makes water the star of the show. Just like the nearby Disneyland Paris, you’ll approach with excited anticipation, though probably not for the same reasons. You won’t find any rides here, but a water trail designed to revitalise your body and soothe your mind.
The moment you step inside, you’re swept along on a wave of serenity between the different spaces, each designed to give you a sense of wellbeing.
Aquatonic trail
The Aquatonic trail is one of the highlights of the centre. Designed by experts from the seawater spa of Saint-Malo, this 350 m² pool plunges you into an aquatic world of multiple benefits. Here, the emphasis is on calm and serenity.
You’ll find 14 spaces where you can unwind and recharge your batteries, including a counter-current wading lane, indoor and outdoor whirlpool baths, geysers and a massage fountain.
There are no less than 200 water massage jets dotted around the two freshwater pools, heated to between 31 and 34°C. The perfect combination to tone your muscles and release built-up tension.
The aim of the trail? To spend a moment enjoying the ancestral benefits of water at each feature. But in no particular order.
The spa
The spa welcomes you with subdued light, bewitching smells and relaxing music. Like everywhere else at Aquatonic, water continues to be the focus. A few treatment booths have spa baths where you can enjoy a moment alone or with a partner. The beauticians will help you choose the best treatment for you. Savour this chance to relax for a few minutes or even hours, with a facial, body massage or slimming treatment.
This wellness facility has 17 booths for bespoke massages, and a wide range of features designed to relax you.
There’s a hammam, a sauna, hot and cold baths, and a relaxation room fitted with a water mattress…
Last but not least, the lounge area serves drinks, fresh fruit and cakes.
Aquatic and fitness classes
In addition to a bright space with a variety of installations for group classes, the centre continues introducing water into its sports activities.
To reap the benefits of water, there are sessions for all levels offering complete exercise programmes that are gentle on the joints. Aquagym, aquabike, aquapilates and even aquaboxing are just some of the 50 aquatic classes available in the 150 m² swimming pool.
After taking to the water, try one of the Paris Region’s other prestigious venues.
