Description

From 16 to 25 June**, head for Maisons-Laffitte north-west of Paris for one of the most eagerly awaited musical events.

The biggest names on the international jazz scene as well as rising stars of the new scene will once again perform in the sumptuous setting of the park of the château de Maisons but also in the old church and in the International Campsite. Three venues that match the programme!

The jazz scene of today and tomorrow

Discover the world premiere of Django 70th - Gypsy Symphonic Project, a vibrant tribute to Django Reinhardt who died on 16 May 1953, 70 years ago.
For this occasion, Biréli Lagrène, Angelo Debarre, Adrien Moignard, André Ceccarelli, Diego Imbert and the Orchestre National d'Île de France are on stage for a great moment of music and emotion.

Don't miss the concert event of James Brown's travel companion, Fred Wesley & The New JB's the living legend of funk. The American trombonist who wrote the history of this music will offer a concert worthy of the greatest European festivals.

Among the other highlights of the programme, Cuban pianist Harold López-Nussa, a rising star in Cuban jazz and a genius of the new generation of Latin jazz who fascinates audiences all over the world, will present his new trio.
