American photographer Dorothea Lange (Hoboken, New Jersey, 1895-San Francisco, 1965) is famous for her documentary work on victims of the Great Depression in the 1930s. With her innovative style and the power of her testimony, some of her pictures are considered masterpieces in the history of photography.
Some twenty films and a selection of photographs are brought together for the biggest exhibition ever on the work of the artist Ana Mendieta (Havana, 1948-New York, 1985).
