For the past 6 years, Noglu has been offering a restaurant and grocery service where gluten is banned from your plates for your well-being.
Frédérique Jules, manager and herself intolerant, has teamed up with an American pastry chef and a Japanese chef to create a unique menu whose proposals are each more appetizing than the next. Composed of organic and seasonal products, Noglu’s dishes will appeal to both savoury and sweet lovers. From homemade hamburger to carrot cake, everything is delicious.
On the right or left bank, brunch favours pastries every Saturday. Made from alternative flours, cookies or brownies, almond pies or chocolate and coconut rocks are imbued with sweetness and finesse. And the secret of each recipe is revealed to you in the house book.
