Tucked under the arches of the Grand Palais, with its majestic imperial columns towering overhead, is a top restaurant where three-Michelin-starred chef Éric Frechon masterminds the menu.

  1. What to see and do
  2. Gastronomy
  3. Restaurants
  4. Minipalais

Slap in the middle of the capital’s Golden Triangle, the Mini Palais has designers Gilles & Boissier to thank for its stunning, studio-inspired good looks, and is also home to a breath-taking 300m² terrace lined with palm trees and statues. This magical place overlooks the splendour of the Petit Palais and the Pont Alexandre III, making the surroundings for this chic little Parisian brasserie nothing short of majestic!

Mini Palais and gourmet cuisine

The chefs Éric Frechon and Stéphane d’Aboville change the menu every month, keeping it simple, seasonal, modern and – above all – full of real, tasty food. Prepare to be blown away by the starter of scallop carpaccio with curry oil and an oyster sorbet, followed by the fillet of beef with anchovy butter, and finished off with a sweet rum baba and vanilla crème légère.

What you've got here is a shrine to all that is good in the world – perfect for enjoying a culture-packed lunch, a teatime treat or a romantic dinner. And, when the pianist starts to play as night draws in, the ambiance becomes simply magical!
