Description
Located on the edge of the parks and gardens of the Château de Fontainebleau, this former family home takes visitors on an extremely enjoyable gourmet and cultural journey. The stunning setting of the garden terrace offers a simply unforgettable outdoor dining experience.
At the heart of the central pavilion, La Table du Parc – with Christophe Borniche at the helm – will stir your senses and your emotions. The chef simply loves good produce and is a keen proponent of authentic gourmet cuisine. The dishes are modern and refined, skilfully honouring local produce and celebrating tradition and terroir. Will you choose the wild sea bass from the French coast or opt for the “kintao” ham from the Basque country? What a tantalising choice!
The large dining hall has been given contemporary styling with solid oak tables and large windows overlooking the garden and the summer terrace. Treat yourself with a gourmet meal before or after visiting the Fontainbleau estate. A table that keeps all its promises!
