Another Paris, le petit Train bleu dans les rues de Paris

Another Paris

Discover Paris with your family aboard this cute little blue train, which takes you on a historic adventure through the narrowest streets of the capital.
  1. What to see and do
  2. Guided tours and excursions
  3. Another Paris

To a nostalgic soundtrack by Charles Aznavour and Juliette Gréco, this train tours the city, privileging the small streets. It will take you on one of five cultural tours lasting between one and a quarter and two and a half hours, all year round, rain or shine.

Bohemian journey or royal route

All you need to do is choose your itinerary: the “Royal” route reveals life in the royal court of the 16th and 17th centuries in the Marais, on the Ile Saint-Louis and the Ile de la Cité. The “Academic” route in the Latin Quarter explores the history of universities and great scholars from the 12th to the 14th centuries. The “Artist” route pays homage to literature, theatre and the fine arts through a tour of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The “Elegant” route reveals the frivolities of the Paris elite, from the Palais Royal to the Opéra Garnier. Finally, the “Bohemian” route follows in the footsteps of the artists of Montparnasse during the Roaring Twenties.

The little blue train is suitable for all ages (it can accommodate strollers and wheelchairs) and all weather. Sit comfortably on the benches and enjoy the panoramic view out the windows to street level and upwards through the glass roof. In winter or in case of rain, the train is completely weatherproof. The audio guides broadcast anecdotes and historical facts in five languages: French, English, German, Spanish and Italian, with a special junior version for 10–14 year-olds.
